Thanks for visiting the website! Classic Collectables is an independent shop based in the ancient market town of Leek, North Staffordshire specialising in vintage and collectable toys, nostalgic memorabilia and antiques.
The owner (local man Richard Heath) has over 15 years experience dealing in vintage toys & collectables.

How to make a purchase

 TO PAY WITH A CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
Click on Add to basket next to the item you wish to purchase. You may continue adding items to your basket by clicking on Continue Shopping.

Once you have finished adding items to your basket, click on Checkout. You will be taken to the Paypal payment screen. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your payment.

TO PAY BY CHEQUE / POSTAL ORDER / CASH
Please send an email listing the item/s that you are interested in and your delivery address. We shall reply within 24hrs with a non-obligatory quote for the total cost of the item/s including post and packaging to your address.

Please make cheques and postal orders payable to Richard Heath. All orders for delivery outside of the UK must be paid for by Paypal. Prices are listed in UK £ Sterling. All goods are subject to availability.

Condition Grading

Items are generally graded as follows:

Mint - Item in as new condition
Excellent - Used item but with no signs of playwear
Good - Item with minor signs of playwear / scratches
Fair - Item with minor damage
Poor - Item with major damage

Any obvious defects are highlighted in the item description.

Please do not hesitate to ask for any extra pictures or further information if you require clarification regarding an items condition.

All items bought from the website have a 7 day returns policy (see below).

Post & Packaging Costs

All items can be shipped worldwide. Please email for a worldwide shipping quote.

Insured Postage & Packing for the UK is charged as follows:

P&P costs will be added to the total order at Checkout
when paying with a credit / debit card. Items are normally shipped
within 48 hours for Paypal credit card / postal order payments
and 7 working days for cheque payment (to allow for payment clearance).
International sales are shipped via airmail taking 7 - 10 days for delivery.

Returns Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not completely safisfied with your purchase,
please return it within 7 days and we shall refund the cost of the item.
  We advise that any items returned are sent by recorded post as we cannot
be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post.
